We support our adviser team with a comprehensive client support package to compliment the service agreements you arrange with clients.

Quarterly client newsletters are sent to all clients that want them. These are produced externally in a professional manner and contain information on a raft of subjects, to keep clients informed of what’s hot in finance at that time.

Annual Tax Guides are also sent to all subscribed clients, so that as the tax landscape changes, your clients are kept in-the-know about what’s going on and how it affects them.

Subject to your request, we can put together bespoke client communications specific to your client base, making it personal and unique to you. Professional and client-specific, it is something clients will appreciate.

Marketing emails via Mailchimp allows you to choose what you want for mass-mailings. Just let us know and we do the rest.

With Intelliflo Office (IO), all clients have access to their own portal where they can view their portfolios, make changes to the personal information we hold for them, and keep abreast of progress with their investments. It also allows for online chat facilities such that you can speak to clients without actually speaking to them, and paperless transactions by way of completing documents through DocuSign.
