• Through time, policies may need adapting, if not replaced or even cancelled, and that is what we look out for. This ensures client's needs continue to be met whilst their money is maximised. Furthermore, we always try to work to the FCA's Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines. Its focus is to consistently deliver fair outcomes to consumers; so that they are not misled; whilst we as advisers take responsibility for our actions. We believe this is the only way to work.

Ongoing Services

Keeping in regular contact with clients (when they ask us to) and being transparent is beneficial to them. So whether we watch over policies from afar and advise when required, or provide regular visits to go over things face-to-face, we will do our best by you.

Whether you would like policies put in place and then have us step back, or would like us to be proactive in looking after them, we have a service package to suit you. Whilst we believe in regular reviews, not all clients want that, which is OK.

Higher service levels include regular meetings to discuss things and answer queries, whilst lower levels do not. All packages still have us regularly watching over your finances (unless you ask us not to) to ensure they continue to perform. Our systems allow for periodic review of all policies as a bare minimum.

Tell us what service you expect and what you need advice on and we will honour it. We have four service levels available; one to suit every client type and involve as much or as little communication as is wanted.
