• Client care is our number one goal. After all, if we did not have clients (and happy ones at that) we would not exist. Everything we do for clients puts them at the centre, so that they get the right outcomes; those that were intended at outset.
    This level of care and attention continues for as long as people remain clients of MAP. We know that if we don’t provide them with a service, someone else surely will.

Rather than talk a lot about providing a good customer service, we would rather get on with the job of giving one. For those people who have not used MAP before, we believe we will provide you with an excellent level of customer care, such that you need never look for another financial adviser again.

There are four key elements which push us at MAP into providing good client care to each and every client:

  • The robust compliance procedures we must adhere to ensures clients are looked after properly, and in accordance with the rules
  • The Financial Conduct Authority’s principles of TCF – Treating Customers Fairly – ensures we strive to do just that – treat customers fairly;
  • Our Investors In People award, which we have held since opening our doors in 2009, has ingrained good practice into all we do with clients, staff and providers; and
  • Simply put – we do actually care.

So whatever a client is looking for – an initial chat, advice on any or all areas of finance, or a review of existing policies – we endeavour to undertake it in the best way possible for the client’s benefit. The more beneficial, enjoyable and relaxed it is for the client, the more they take from the experience. The more they take from the experience, the better the MAP adviser has done his or her job.

Furthermore, with our bespoke ongoing services, we promise to continue to be there for a client, for as long as they want or need us to. There are no quick sales with MAP; all policies a client wants and needs will be fully researched. Once set-up, they will be reviewed time and again, to ensure they continue to be the best option for the client.
